TOO MANY COOKS was inspired by a visit to Blues B-B-Q, the first American Barbecue restaurant in Paris. Not only does chef-owner Diana Darrah – an expat from Dallas, Texas -- cook up authentic wood-smoked barbecue and Southern comfort food, but her musical tastes are impeccable. So many of my favorite artists played on the sound system during my lunch. I plan to drop by again soon to give her a copy of this mix.
