I found the audio to this song recently. It's my friend Alan Merrill (who wrote "I Love Rock N Roll") singing his take on a huge Jim Steinman hit from Meat Loaf's "Bat Out Of Hell" album, which was produced by Todd Rundgren. Alan went out with Meat on his Lost Boys and Golden Girls world tour in 1988. I believe this version is from Alan's 2010 release "The Face Of 69." Nice job on this one, Alan!
